Terms of use – Easy Nights

These terms are an agreement between you and Easy Nights Pty Ltd (ACN 703 210 655). By downloading or using Easy Nights, you agree to them and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Apple EULA”). How we handle information is explained in our privacy policy.

1. Free trial and subscriptions

New subscribers get a 2-week free trial.
After the trial, Easy Nights costs $5.99 a month or $59.99 a year. Prices are in US dollars; the App Store shows the price for your country.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when the free trial ends, or when you confirm your purchase if you aren’t eligible for a trial.
Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
If you buy a subscription during your free trial, the rest of the trial ends.

2. Using Easy Nights

Easy Nights is for children aged 2 to 6, set up and managed by a parent or carer aged 18 or over. You’re responsible for how the app is used on your devices.

3. Refunds

Apple processes all payments, so refund requests go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer laws that apply to you.

4. Your licence

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Easy Nights on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store’s usage rules. Please don’t copy, share, sell or publicly play our stories, audio, music or artwork.

5. Our stories and sounds

The stories, the voice of our storyteller Willow, the music, the illustrations and our signature greeting, “Hello, little star.”, belong to Easy Nights Pty Ltd or the people who license them to us.

6. Changes to the app

We add new stories regularly and may change or retire features or stories over time. If a change significantly reduces what you’re paying for, we’ll tell you in the app.

7. Sleep and safety

Easy Nights is a relaxation aid, not medical advice. If you’re worried about your child’s sleep or health, please talk to a doctor. Keep the volume low and the phone or speaker out of your child’s reach.

8. Our responsibility

We work hard to keep Easy Nights available and working well, but we can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for losses that weren’t reasonably foreseeable. Nothing here excludes the guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE], Australia.

10. Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we’ll change the date at the top and, for important changes, let you know in the app.
